BCA & Esia suck!!!

well, u could see from the title, what i'll talk about.. :)

Yap, this moment, i'm very disappointed by them! actually it already been started few weeks ago, since i got some problems with my very-new Esia and faced with very unsatisfying call center of Esia and BCA as well. And just a minute ago, i got disappointed by them again, in one case! let's the story begins...

I got my cell rang by a local number and apparently it was from BCA. He wanted to get my confirmation regarding my Credit Card application. Actually it's my 2nd application, coz previously i applied the card 2 weeks before i went to KL. at that moment, the sales person promised me to make it in 2 weeks, but as for real, i didn't get it and shamelessly the call center said that it would be done on July 16th and i have no any call again till now. So that's why i applied for the 2nd one, beside there's a promo i'm interested with.

Though i've already been disappointed on the first application, i wished that the 2nd one will be much easier. But poor me, the 2nd one is even more terrible! i got the first call, and the sales person was unkind indeed! it's just not like what a sales/call center should behave!...oh sucks!!

Being annoyed by the BCA call center wasn't my only problem. indeed Esia made me even more annoyed! It very sucks! while i wasn't feeling uncomfortable, the Esia network was very2 unfriendly!! it was disconnected many times!!!! hufff.... just another bad day.... :(
